Location
The hotel is located within the transit (restricted) area of Terminal 1 at Singapore Changi Airport. It is accessible only to passengers who remain in the transit area and do not clear through immigration into Singapore.
Eligibility
• Transit passengers with a valid onward boarding pass
• Guests who remain within the airport’s transit area
• Children must be accompanied by an adult, subject to room occupancy limits
• Departing passengers from the city must ensure that their airline offers early check-in, allowing them to access the transit area after clearing departure immigration and security checks
