1. Can I access my checked-in luggage during my stay?
No, checked-in luggage cannot be accessed while staying in the transit area. Only cabin luggage is permitted.
2. Can the hotel store or collect my cabin luggage?
For security reasons, cabin luggage storage or collection services are not available.
3. Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Limited accessible rooms are available. Guests are encouraged to contact the hotel at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
